We are a Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence Lab in the School of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow.
Our aim is to advance Agentic AI technologies for applications in cancer bioinformatics. We are interested in integrative approaches that combine large language models (LLMs) and high-throughput data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) with existing biological knowledge from knowledge-graphs such as KEGG and Reactome. We believe Agentic AI can facilitate flexible and goal-driven cancer bioinformatics data analysis.
